Ara Tecnologia developed the multimedia guides solution for “The Gaudí Exhibition Center” located in the Pia Almoina building in Barcelona

These multimedia guides are based in a generic solution developed by Ara Tecnologia that uses a content management system on the cloud

The devices offered to the visitors are Samsung Galaxy Core 2

The multimedia guides also come with an iBeacons based anti-theft system

Ara Tecnologia has developed the multimedia guides for the exhibition “Water: the right to a decent life”.

The Roca Barcelona Gallery and the We Are Water Foundation present Water, the right to a dignified life. A We Are Water Foundation exhibition. In an entertaining, visual and didactic format, the aim of this exhibition is to make the entire society aware of the lack of water in the world and to explain that it is a resource and a right to which only a few have access.

Through an amazing scenography and with a bottle of water as the main thread, the public will have the chance to learn about the different aspects sorroundign the problem of water scarcity. This exhibition will reveal interesting information regarding the consumption of this resource, the most relevant difficulties that affect the world’s population and the We Are Water Foundation initiatives to fight for a new water culture.

EL BORN: EMBLEMATIC SPACE IN BARCELONA

Ara Tecnologia has developed for El Born Centre Cultural Project the multimedia guide. The archeological site, Barcelona 1700, the memory of the events of 1714 and the market go hand in hand in El Born Centre Cultural, a historic space that creates a time axis. All original writings for exhibitions, programs, activities, visits, media information about the operation of the center and the dissemination and communication materials are produced ant thought in Catalan. El Born CC wants to explain itselfs also in other languages. Thus, practically all the writings of the cultural center have their English translation, understood as the language of international dimension, and Spanish. The audio guides are offered in CATALAN, SPANISH, ENGLISH, FRENCH, GERMAN, RUSSIAN and JAPANESE, and they are the best tool to fully enjoy the visit. Source: El Born Centre Cultural website.
